Cutting forces are strongly associated with the mechanics of cutting process. Hence, machining measurements very important to investigate process, and numerous methods have been applied. Nowadays, a dynamometer is most popular tool for measurements. However, natural frequency has direct impact on accuracy measured in Therefore, few dynamometers appropriate reliable measure at high frequencies. In this work, new strain-gauge-based (SGBD) special structure was designed, manufactured, put test ensure measurement high-frequency dynamic milling The main SGBD symmetrical mainly consists center quadrangular prism surrounded by four force sensing elastic elements, an upper support plate, lower plate. identification conducted indicated that SGBD′s could be stabilized value 9.15 kHz.
